Job Summary The Human Resources Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization’s overall business objectives. This role oversees all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, learning and development, and organizational culture. The HR Manager acts as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, ensuring a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
Strategic HR Leadership
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with business goals
Partner with senior leadership to support workforce planning and organizational development
Provide guidance on change management, culture, and employee engagement initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Management
Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention strategies
Ensure fair, consistent, and effective hiring practices
Analyze workforce metrics to support staffing and succession planning
Employee Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters
Handle performance issues, disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution
Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful work environment
Performance Management & Development
Manage performance appraisal processes and goal-setting systems
Identify training and development needs and implement learning programs
Support leadership development and career growth initiatives
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination
Oversee compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness
Support salary reviews, incentive plans, and rewards programs
Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure timely and accurate processing
Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Lead audits, investigations, and policy updates as required
HR Operations & Reporting
Manage HR systems (HRIS) and reporting tools
Work in aligning with Global HR office.
Monitor and report on key HR metrics (turnover, engagement, absenteeism)
Continuously improve HR processes and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, including managerial
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements English proficiency is a plus. Proven experience in employee relations and performance management
