The IT/IVS Engineer is responsible for daily technical interaction with end customers, partners, and local engineers. Key duties include creating detailed low-level designs for IT/IVS and Video Surveillance systems using Word and Excel, writing MOPs for live network operations, and handling software updates, provisioning, and technical support for various devices such as servers, storage, Video Surveillance, and Cameras. The engineer verifies functionality according to customer needs, serves as a customer service liaison for documentation, account privileges, licenses, and technical inquiries, and provides technical support and knowledge transfer to field service engineers and those at different levels. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting and implementation for cross- products like Datacom, IT productions, and supervision of IT production hardware installations.
